Terms of Service for Logo Design and Branding

1. Scope of Services
Logoland Design provides logo design, branding, and additional design services as outlined in our project agreement or proposal. The client will have the opportunity to review and approve the scope of work before the project begins.

2. Project Timeline
Once the client completes the initial questionnaire and provides all required materials, Logoland Design will provide an estimated timeline for project completion. The timeline may vary based on project complexity and client responsiveness. Timely feedback is essential to maintain the agreed schedule.

3. Payment Terms
A deposit of 20% of the project cost is required upfront to commence work. The remaining balance will be invoiced upon project completion or as per any agreed installment schedule. Payments should be made within 15 days of invoice receipt. Logoland Design reserves the right to pause work if payments are delayed.

4. Revisions
Our services include a set number of revisions as outlined in the project agreement. Any additional revisions requested by the client will be billed at an hourly rate or as per the agreed terms. Revision requests should be provided in writing to ensure clarity.

5. Intellectual Property Rights
Upon full payment, the client will receive ownership of the final logo and branding materials. Logoland Design retains the right to use the designs in portfolios and promotional materials unless the client requests otherwise. All preliminary designs, sketches, and drafts remain the property of Logoland Design.

6. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to provide all necessary information, content, and feedback required for the completion of the project. Any delays in providing information may affect the timeline and deliverables.

7. Confidentiality
Logoland Design respects client confidentiality and will not share any sensitive information provided by the client without prior consent. This includes business information, financial data, and any proprietary materials provided.

8. Cancellation and Refunds
If the client wishes to cancel the project after work has commenced, the 20% deposit is non-refundable. Any additional work completed beyond the initial deposit will be billed accordingly. Logoland Design reserves the right to cancel the project if there are significant delays or breaches of these terms by the client.

9. Limitation of Liability
Logoland Design is not liable for any damages resulting from the use of the final designs. The client is responsible for the appropriate and lawful use of all design assets provided by Logoland Design.

10. Acceptance of Terms
By engaging Logoland Design for logo design and branding services, the client agrees to these Terms of Service. Any amendments to these terms must be mutually agreed upon in writing.
